Dance To Music then you must pay the piper. During my childhood, I often heard my grandmother mention this old saying in conversations with my great uncle. Though, I imagined a Peter Pan like figure playing the pipe and the villagers happily dancing along side of him, I knew what the saying meant. When you do something wrong then you must suffer the consequences. We've all heard of karma, right? I am pretty sure I discussed karma on this blog at least once. Karma is no joke! You put out bad energy in the universe it is bound to come back to you! I am not trying to get all "new age" here. It's the truth! I had Karma bite me in the ass several times, so I speak from experience!
So, why are we not surprised that Paris Hilton is sent back to jail to serve her remaining forty five days? She should and never should have been sent home in the first place! I heard all of the arguments of why Paris should not be sent to jail. For example, the jails are overcrowded or she is treated harshly because she is a celebrity. This is total BS if you ask me. I know this story is played out and Paris being in jail period sent the media in a whirlwind and almost every blogger has their two cents to add to this story, but I must add my two cents too and ask the important questions, what if she killed herself or even more tragically killed an innocent person? This story bothers me because a close family friend was killed because her friend was driving under the influence. He survived and alive and well while she is gone. Over ten years later I still see the pain in her daughter's eyes when she talks about her mother and how it hurts that she did not live long enough to see her three beautiful granddaughters. As you can see, I have no sympathy for Paris Hilton or other celebrities who foolishly think they drive under the influence of drugs (This includes alcohol because after all it is a drug, people!) and think they can get away with it.
Now, Paris is being "evaluated". Awwww, the poor thing is not eating or sleeping, what a shame. **eye roll** She doesn't need to be evaluated! She is just devastated because her looks, fame, and money did not work in her favor this time. She said this is the hardest thing she ever did. I can think of something harder---burying a loved one.
