Pizzeria Uno's Sucks!!!



I am putting Pizzeria Uno's on blast! The word to the wise. When your customers dispute a bill, you do everything you can to remedy the situation and not cause a scene, not to mention doing everything possible to ensure that your customers will return in the future! What you should NOT do is address your customers in a condescending matter, refuse to listen them, dismiss your customers grievances with a smirk on your face, and then claim that you can treat your customers any way you want because you have a stake in the company. Well, I hope your stake ensures a whole lot of job security because not only did I complain to the VP for this region, but also to the head honchos at your CORPORATE OFFICE! If you should dine at Pizzeria Uno's, please keep in mind that most of the servers are great, but just hope that your bill is correct because the general manager could possibly be a prick!

uno's does suck. the head honchos (or corporate office) do not care about ANY of their employees, even the managers. they treat everyone like crap. they only care about money and making a profit.
